A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1969.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XII, Hamilton Survey District, described as follows:

0 0 8.2} Parts Lot 2, D.P. S. 2015; coloured yellow on plan.

0 0 9.7 Part Allotment 78 and part Allotment 82, Pukekura Parish; coloured sepia on plan.
0 3 14.2 Part Lot 1, D.P. S. 2015; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23626 (S.O. 44012) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1969.

ALL that piece of land containing 9.7 perches situated in Block VIII, Maungakawa Survey District, being part Lot 4, D.P. 6569; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20042 (S.O. 42130) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Land Taken for Sewerage Treatment Purposes in Block V, Kaitawa Survey District, Horowhenua County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the right of way over part Lot 3, D.P. 29919, coloured blue on the said plan, as created by easement certificate No. 769565, Wellington Land Registry, and subject (as to part of the said right of way) to Proclamation No. 434869, Wellington Land Registry, defining the middle line of a portion of the Wellington-Foxton Motor-way, for sewerage treatment purposes and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Horowhenua as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1969.

ALL that piece of land containing 37 acres 1 rood 31 perches situated in Block V, Kaitawa Survey District, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 4, D.P. 29919. Balance certificate of title, Volume 881, folio 35, Wellington Land Registry.
