In our opinion, the accompanying balance sheet and profit and
loss account give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of
the Commercial Bank Savings Bank (N.Z.) Ltd. at 30 June 1969,
and of its results for the year ended on that date.

We have obtained all the information and explanations we have
required. In our opinion, the company has kept proper books,
and the balance sheet and profit and loss account give, in the
prescribed manner, the information required by the Companies
Act 1955.

NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL

Municipal Building Loan 1969—$314,000

PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of the ratepayers of
the Borough of Mount Eden, taken on 4 October 1969, on the
proposal of the above-named local authority to raise a loan
of $314,000 to be known as the Municipal Building Loan 1969
for the purpose of erecting municipal chambers, to include
council offices and tenanted commercial premises, resulted as
follows:

The number of votes recorded for the proposal

The number of informal votes was ..... 3
I therefore declare that the proposal was rejected.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies
has, pursuant to section 70 of the Friendly Societies Act 1909,
by writing under his hand dated the 9th day of October 1969,
cancelled the registry of Ruawai Oak Lodge No. 71 of the
Grand Lodge of the North Island of New Zealand of the
Ancient Order of Druids (Register No. 296/111), held at
Ruawai, on the ground that the said branch has ceased to exist.
