Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 72, a certain notice under Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 is revoked:
Now, therefore, in partial replacement of such notice, the Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 74.
  2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
    SCHEDULE
    SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
    ALL that piece of land described as follows:
    A. R. P. Being
    111 0 0 Lot 2, D.P. S. 8906, being part Waitaha 2 Block situated in Block XV, Tauranga Survey District.
    All certificate of title, Volume 2A, folio 1007.
    Dated at Wellington this 10th day of October 1969.

    Maori Land Development Notice
    WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release a certain parcel of that land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV :
    Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.
    NOTICE
  3. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1969, No. 24.
  4. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
  5. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

    The Road Classification (Hutt County) Notice No. 1, 1969
    PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.
    NOTICE
  9. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Hutt County). Notice No. 1, 1969.
  10. The Hutt County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
  11. So much of the Warrant dated the 2nd day of July 1951† as relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

    Riding Roads
    Wainuiomata Riding:
    Fitzherbert Road (from Queen Street to Wainuiomata Road), Main Road (from Wainuiomata Road to the Wainuiomata River Bridge), Queen Street, Wainuiomata Road (from the western boundary of Lower Hutt City to Main Road).
    Heretaunga Riding:
    Blue Mountains Road (from the southern boundary of Upper Hutt City to Forest Road), Forest Road, Pinehaven Road (from Forest Road to Blue Mountains Road).
