Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land in Block VI, Waihou Survey District, Hauraki Plains County

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 20th day of October 1969.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land, Subject to a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Transmission Line and to a Building-line Restriction, and Revoking Previous Notice as to Part

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 5th day of June 1969 and published in Gazette, 3 July 1969, No. 39, p. 1220, declaring land acquired for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land, in so far as it affects the land eighty described in the Schedule to the said notice; and, pursuant to section 35 of the said Act, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948, subject to Proclamation No. 327851 defining the middle line of a transmission line and to the building-line restriction imposed by notice No. 472902, Canterbury Land Registry, as from the 20th day of October 1969.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 31.9 perches situated in Blocks VI and X, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being Lot 329, D.P. 22116, and that part of Lot 301, D.P. 22116, after excepting thereout the area of 1.6 perches in Proclamation No. 703545, Canterbury Land Registry; both being part Rural Section 546. Part of the land in Proclamation No. 649414, Canterbury Land Registry.
