Pursuant to the Tramways Act 1908, as amended by the Tramways Amendment Act 1910, His Excellency the Governor-General hereby appoints Charles Stuart Perry, of Wellington, librarian, to be a member of the Tramways Appeal Board for the District of Wellington during the unavoidable absence of Mr F. J. Doherty as a member of such Board.
