National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be
a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution
dated 17 September 1969 and pursuant to section 4 of the
Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part
of No. 1 State Highway (Picton to Bluff) within Taieri County,
from a point approximately 1 chain south-west of its inter-
section with Cemetery Road to a point approximately 25 chains
south-west of its intersection with McLarens Gully Road,
as more particularly shown on sheets 1, 2, and 3 of plan
M.O.W. 15608 and the accompanying Schedule held in the
office of the resident engineer, Ministry of Works, Dunedin,
and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access
road.

the resident engineer, Ministry of Works, Porirua, and there
available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union

Reserve Bank of New Zealand

PURSUANT to section 33 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand
Act 1964, the Reserve Bank, acting with the approval of the
Minister of Finance, hereby gives notice that, as at the close
of business on 3 October 1969, and until further notice,
balances to be maintained in the Reserve Bank by each trading
bank shall be equal to an amount which, when added to that
bank's holdings of Reserve Bank notes, as disclosed in that
bank's latest available weekly return of Banking Statistics under
the Statistics Act 1955, will be not less than the aggregate of:

9 percent of that bank's demand deposits in New Zealand
plus 3 percent of that bank's time deposits in New Zealand,
as shown in the last preceding monthly return furnished by
that bank in accordance with section 31 of the Reserve Bank
of New Zealand Act 1964.
