Pursuant to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956 (as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities
Loans Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant
Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to
the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance,
hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities men-
tioned in the Schedule hereto of the whole or any part of the
respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

National Roads BoardβNotice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 17 September 1969 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 26 State Highway (Hamilton-Kopu) from Waitoa River Bridge to a point approximately 2 chains south-west of its intersection with Churchill Street, as more particularly shown on sheets 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of plan M.O.W. 15605 and the accompanying Schedule held in the office of the resident engineer, Ministry of Works, Paeroa, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 17 September 1969 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 30 State Highway (Te Kuiti - Whakatane) from a point approximately 7 chains north of its intersection with Alfred Road to its intersection with No. 33 State Highway, as more particularly shown on sheets 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of plan M.O.W. 15606 and the accompanying Schedule held in the office of the resident engineer, Ministry of Works, Rotorua, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
