Declaration That Part of the Herald Island Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation over the said Reserve

———

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Herald Island Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve, subject to Part II of the said Act; and, further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

PART Lot 164, D.P. 31409, being part Allotment 15, Paremoremo Parish situated in Block VII, Waitemata Survey District: area, 2.2 perches, more or less.

Reservation of Land

THE notice dated the 9th day of April 1964 and published in the Gazette of 16 April 1964, No. 23, p. 671, revoking the reservation over Lot 1, D.P. 24913, being part accretion to Sections 37 and 39, Harbour District, situated in Block XVI, Belmont Survey District: area, 22.37 perches, more or less, and specifying the manner of disposal of the land, is cancelled; and it is hereby declared that the land reverts to its former status of public reserve for recreation, under the Reserves and Domains Act 1953.

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, declares the said reserve to form part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Clifton County) Notice No. 1, 1969.

  2. The Clifton County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

  3. The Warrants dated the 31st day of July 1968†, the 26th day of May 1959‡, the 6th day of October 1950§, and the 26th day of June 1950∥, which relate to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby revoked.
