Crown Land Set Apart for a Limited Access Road in Blocks III, VI, IX, and X, Marotiri Survey District, Taupo County, and Previous Proclamation Revoked as to Part

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 18th day of March 1969 and published in Gazette, 10 April 1969, Volume I, page 645, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as No. S. 447056, in so far as it affects those pieces of land, containing 17.4 perches and 1 rood 24.1 perches, firstly and eleventhly described respectively as part Section 15, Block III, Marotiri Survey District, and part Tihoi 3B, 8B, 2B, 3, 4, 6, and 8 Subdivision B Block in the Schedule to the said Proclamation, and hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of October 1969.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above-mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of October 1969.
