OTAMATEA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Rural Housing Loan (No. 5) 1967, $60,000
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and its amendments, the Otamatea County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $60,000 authorised to be raised by the Otamatea County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of making advances to farmers in terms of the Rural Housing Act 1939, the said Otamatea County Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought nine nought six (.0906) cents in the dollar upon the rateable (unimproved) value of all rateable property in the County of Otamatea; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 35 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Otamatea County Council held on the 24th day of January 1969.

NELSON HARBOUR BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Nelson Harbour Board hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on the Redemption Loan No. 1, 1969, of $121,000, authorised to be raised by the Nelson Harbour Board for the purpose of supplementing the appropriate portion of the accumulated sinking fund of fifty-four thousand six hundred and forty dollars so as to redeem at maturity those parts of the Harbour Works Loan 1957, and the Redemption Loan No. 1, 1963, which mature on 1 March and 1 April 1969, the said Nelson Harbour Board hereby makes the special rate of $0.000168 in the dollar upon the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property of the Nelson Harbour Board District; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 15 years or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a resolution passed by the Nelson Harbour Board on the 20th day of January 1969.

Sewerage Loan 1968, of $260,000
Notice is hereby given that, at a meeting of the above Council, held on the 16th day of December 1968, the following resolution was passed:
Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Te Kuiti Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of two hundred and sixty thousand dollars ($260,000) authorised to be raised by the Te Kuiti Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of purchasing land, providing sewerage reticulation, and constructing pumping stations and treatment plants, the said Te Kuiti Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nine four five cents (.945c) in the dollar on the rateable value...
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Waterworks Improvement Loan 1968, $189,000
Notice is hereby given that, at a meeting of the above Council, held on the 16th day of December 1968, the following resolution was passed:
Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Te Kuiti Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of one hundred and eighty-nine thousand dollars ($189,000) authorised to be raised by the Te Kuiti Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of improving the borough water supply, the said Te Kuiti Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal seven cents (.7c) in the dollar on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the whole of the Borough of Te Kuiti, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of thirty (30) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

WAITOMO ELECTRIC POWER BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
General Extension Loan 1968, of $140,000
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waitomo Electric Power Board hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $140,000, authorised to be raised by the Waitomo Electric Power Board under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of extending the Board’s electrical system, and for such purpose to do all or any of such matters and things which the Board is empowered to do by the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, and its amendments, and by all other powers and authorities enabling, the said Waitomo Electric Power Board hereby makes a special rate of one hundred and thirty-one thousandths of a cent (0.131c) in the dollar ($) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Waitomo Electric Power District, and that the special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 20 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
