Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 29th day of January 1969, presented to the said Court by Rosebank Industries Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business there as toolmakers, AND that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 19th day of February 1969, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desiring to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

HUTT VALLEY AND BAYS FIRE BOARD
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and in the matter of the Fire Services Act 1949, notice is hereby given that Hutt Valley and Bays Fire Board being an Urban Fire Authority within the meaning of the Fire Services Act 1949 proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, and of every and any other power thereunto enabling, to execute a public work, i.e., the provision of staff dwelling houses in the City of Lower Hutt, pursuant to the provisions of section 71 of the Fire Services Act 1949, and for the purposes of the said public work requires to take the land described in the Schedule hereto, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken and marked “F.B. Housing” is deposited at the office of the Board situate in the Lower Hutt City Council Administration Building, Laings Road, Lower Hutt, and is there open for inspection by all persons without fee during ordinary office hours.
Every person who is affected by the execution of the said public work or taking of the said land or any of them and who has any objection he may wish to make to the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said piece of land or any of them, shall send his written objection within a period of forty (40) days from the date of the first publication of this notice, to the Secretary of Hutt Valley and Bays Fire Board at his office in the Lower Hutt City Council Administration Building, Laings Road, Lower Hutt, aforesaid.
If any objection is made, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land situate at 159 Waterloo Road, in the City of Lower Hutt, containing 25.86 perches, more or less, being part of Section 29, Hutt District, and being also part of Lot 1 and part of Lot 3 on Deposited Plan 12082, and being the balance of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume E 3, folio 630 (Wellington Registry), as the same is more particularly shown on the plan above referred to and therein edged green.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and their respective amendments, notice is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes under the provisions of the above-named Acts and all other Acts, powers and authorities enabling it in that behalf to execute a certain public work, namely, for the purposes of a street in Helston Road in the City of Wellington and for the purpose of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land which is required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council in the Municipal Offices Building, Mercer Street, in the said City and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours and that any person affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should if he has any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, send his written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Wellington City Council addressed to the Town Clerk at his said office, and notice is hereby further given that if any objection is made as aforesaid, a public hearing of that objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of that hearing and at that hearing each objector will be advised of the reasons for the purposes taking.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land situate in the City of Wellington containing by admeasurement four and seventy-seven one hundredths perches (4.77 pchs.), more or less, being part of Section 26, Paparangi Settlement, being also part of Lot 4 on Deposited Plan 16721 and being also all the land more particularly shown on S.O. Plan 26662, coloured orange thereon.

Notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto is required by the Marton Borough Council, under the Public Works Act 1928, to be taken for a public work, namely, a street, and notice is hereby further given that a plan showing the land so required to be taken is deposited in the offices of Messrs Evans, Easther, Harris, and Goodman, Solicitors, 335 Wellington Road, Marton, and is there open for inspection by all persons, without fee, during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, send forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to Messrs Evans, Easther, Harris, and Goodman at the above address.
