Notice of Meeting of Creditors

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of B. J. Curtis and Co. Ltd., notice is hereby given that, by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company, on 19 December 1968, passed a resolution to wind up voluntarily. As a declaration of solvency under section 274 had previously been registered, the members appointed the undersigned as liquidator.

Notice is further given that the undersigned is now of the opinion that the company will not be able to pay its debts in full within the period stated in the above declaration and, in accordance with section 279, a meeting of creditors of the company will be held at the offices of J. F. Buddle and Co., Public Accountants, Second Floor, Grand Building, 9–11 Princes Street, Auckland, on Tuesday, 11 February 1969, at 10.30 a.m.

Business:

1. Consideration of liquidator’s remarks and statement of assets and liabilities.
2. Consideration of the appointment of an alternative liquidator, nominated by creditors, if thought fit.
3. Appointment of a committee of inspection, if thought fit.
4. Any other business.
