Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 269 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, that by entry in its minute book made in accordance with the provisions of section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, and dated the 21st day of January 1969, the above company has passed the following extraordinary resolution:

"1. That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue in business, and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily.

"2. That Mr David John Ross, of Auckland, public accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company."

At a meeting of creditors of the company held on 31 January 1969, the appointment of Mr D. J. Ross as liquidator of the company was confirmed.

Notice to Creditors to Prove

The liquidator of Ruawai Stores Ltd. does hereby fix the 7th day of March 1969 as the day on or before which creditors of the company have to prove their claims or debts and to establish priority (if any) under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, otherwise they may be excluded from the benefits of any distribution made before such claims for debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objection to such distribution.
