- By deleting the third paragraph in the Second Schedule, and substituting the following:
"Thirdly, all that area of water at Rotongaio, Lake Taupo, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 100 yd apart, extending in a 320° true direction 200 yd from the edge of the water, the northern boundary being in line with the northern boundary of the Rotongaio Lakeside Motor Camp."
- By adding the following paragraphs to the Second Schedule:
"Thirteenthly, all that area of water at Three Mile Bay, Lake Taupo, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 100 yd apart, extending in a 307° true direction 300 yd from the edge of the water, the northern boundary commencing 90 yd southwards of the groyne at the northern end of the bay.
Fourteenthly, all that area of water at Maraetai Bay, Oruatua, Lake Taupo, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 100 yd apart, extending in a 280° true direction 200 yd from the edge of the water, the southern boundary commencing on the southern boundary of the public reserve in Maraetai Bay."

The Motor Launch (Buffalo Beach, Whitianga) Notice 1969—Coromandel County Council
Pursuant to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962*, the Minister of Marine hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Motor Launch (Buffalo Beach, Whitianga) Notice 1969.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.

Subject to the conditions set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, regulations 11 and 12 of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 shall not apply with respect to the area described in the First Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
All that area of water at Buffalo Beach, Whitianga, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 50 yd apart, extending in an 011° true direction 200 yd from the edge of the water, the easternmost boundary being drawn through the dolphin pile situated close northward of the Whitianga Wharf.
SECOND SCHEDULE
The access lane shall be marked as follows:

Two 8-ft transit posts with a distance of not less than 10 ft or more than 20 ft between and painted with 12 in. bright orange and black bands shall be erected on land in line with each side of the access lane, the first post being sited on high-water mark.

On each side of the transit posts sited on high-water mark there shall be fastened, in line with the sides of the access lane, a notice board measuring not less than 2 ft 6 in. by 2 ft 6 in., painted bright orange, with black lettering in the following form:
"NOTICE
Motor Launch Regulations 1962
Access lane through which motor launches and water skiers may pass at speeds greater than 5 miles per hour.
Bathers Keep Out"

Marker buoys, either barrel, drum, or spherical shaped, painted bright orange with a vertical black stripe, shall be moored 50 yd apart and in line with each set of transit posts, the first buoy being 50 yd from the water’s edge.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Kihikihi Town Council
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a pound site to a reserve for municipal purposes; and, further, vests the reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Citizens of the Town District of Kihikihi.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WAIPA COUNTY
Allotment 282, Town of Kihikihi, situated in Block VII, Puniu Survey District: Area, 1 acre, more or less (S.O. Plan 324L).

Declaring that Part of the Waiheke Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Change of the Purpose of the Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Waiheke Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve, subject to Part II of the said Act; and, further, pursuant to the said Act, changes the purposes of the said reserve from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for a site for a Red Cross centre.

Declaration That Part of the Green Island Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that part of the Green Island Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
