Board Appointed to Have Control of Trentham Memorial Park

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints
the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Wellington Land District, ex officio; two members of the Upper Hutt City Council, ex officio;
the member of the Hutt County Council representing the Heretaunga Riding, ex officio; and
the member of the Hutt County Council representing the Mangaroa Riding, ex officio,
to be the Trentham Memorial Park Domain Board to have
control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto,
subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—HUTT COUNTY
Lot 25, D.P. 15910, being part Sections 88 and 89, Hutt District, and part closed road, situated in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District: area, 1 acre 1 rood 20 perches, more or less. Part C.T. 525/10 and part C.T. 348/201.

Lot 1, D.P. 15910, being part Section 88, Hutt District, situated in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District: area, 3 roods 30.2 perches, more or less. Part Gazette notice K. 39743.

Revocation of Appointment of Domain Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Waiheke Domain Board, as published in Gazette, 28 November 1946, Vol. III, p. 1797, over that part of the Waiheke Domain as described in the Schedule hereto.
