IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955 and IN THE MATTER
of LAKESIDE DAIRY (1968) LIMITED:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the
4th day of September 1969 presented to the said Court by
FAIRBAIRN WRIGHT LIMITED, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at Wellington, carrying on business
as wholesale merchants AND that the said petition is directed
to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 24th
day of September 1969 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon and any
creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to
support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition
may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his
counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be
furnished by the under-signed to any creditor or contributory
of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the
regulated charge for the same.

the Supreme Court at Wellington; must be signed by the
person or firm or his or their solicitor, if any; and must be
served or if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient time to
reach the above-named petitioner’s address for service not later
than 4 o’clock in the afternoon of the 23rd day of September

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, public notice is
hereby given that the Waikato County Council proposes, under
the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road
the portions of land described in the Schedule hereto. A plan
of the portions of road proposed to be taken is open for
public inspection at the office of the Waikato County Council,
Grey Street, Hamilton East, during 40 days from the first publi-
cation of this notice. All persons objecting to the proposal
must lodge their objections, in writing, at the office of the
Council, on or before the 11th day of October 1969.

Survey District, Land Registration District of South Auckland,
County of Waikato; shown, coloured green, on S.O. Plan 44925.

KAIKOHE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Water Supply Loan 1969—$48,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Kaikohe Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of forty-eight thousand dollars ($48,000), authorised
to be raised by the Kaikohe Borough Council under the
above-mentioned Act for the purpose of meeting the cost
of extending and renewing the water reticulation, together
with chemical treatment and filtration of the water supply
from the upland catchment dam, the said Council hereby
makes a special rate of decimal two two three of a cent
(.223c) in the dollar ($) upon the rateable value of all
rateable property in the Kaikohe Borough District, and that
the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of the loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st
day of April and the 1st day of October in each and every
year during the currency of the loan, being a period of
25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above resolution was duly passed
at an ordinary meeting of the Kaikohe Borough Council, held
on the 18th day of August 1969.

DEVONPORT BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
“THAT, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of eighteen thousand dollars ($18,000) authorised to be
raised by the Devonport Borough Council, pursuant to the
Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, for the purpose of repaying
on maturity those portions of the street works loan 1954,
$400,000, which mature on 28 September and 1 November
1969, the said Devonport Borough Council hereby makes a
special rate of decimal nought two nine cents (.029c) in the
dollar upon the unimproved rateable value of all rateable
property in the Borough of Devonport; and that such special
rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of
the loan and be payable yearly on the 28th day of July in each
and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period
of not more than 10 years or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy
of a resolution passed by the Devonport Borough Council on
3 September 1969.
