Declaring Land Taken Subject to an Agreement as to Fencing,
for Buildings of the General Government in the Borough of
East Coast Bays

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the agreement
as to fencing contained in transfer No. 562504, North Auckland
Land Registry, for buildings of the General Government from
and after the 15th day of September 1969.

All that piece of land containing 38 perches situated in Block
IV, Waitemata Survey District, Borough of East Coast Bays,
North Auckland R.D., and being Lot 8, D.P. 40251. All certificate
