A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of September 1969.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in the Wellington Registration District described as follows:

Being
7 1 1 Part Otonga 1D situated in Block V, Oropuke Survey District; coloured blue on plan.
10 2 30 Part Otonga 1B situated in Blocks V and VI, Oropuke Survey District; coloured orange on plan.
3 0 8 Part Otonga 1c 2 situated in Block VI, Oropuke Survey District; coloured sepia on plan.
As ihe same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23470 (S.O. 24451) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of August 1969.

Land Taken for a Lime Pit for Roadmaking in Blocks XI and XV, Te Whanga Survey District, Chatham Islands County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a lime pit for roadmaking and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Chatham Islands as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of September 1969.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 3 acres 3 roods 38.5 perches situated in Blocks XI and XV, Te Whanga Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Kekerione 35A; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23254 (S.O. 22946) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of August 1969.

Amending a Proclamation Taking Leasehold Estate in Land for the Development of Water Power (Benmore Power Project) in Block VIII, Gala Survey District
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated 11 February 1969 and published in Gazette, 27 February 1969, No. 12, p. 360, taking leasehold estate in land for the development of water power (Benmore power project), by deleting, in the seventh and eighth lines, the words "Pastoral Lease No. P. 305, register book, Volume 2c, folio 586", and substituting the words "Pastoral Lease No. P. 304, register book, Volume 2c, folio 585."
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of August 1969.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, being satisfied that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown, hereby declare the said land to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.
