Manutuke Consolidation Scheme

PURSUANT to subsection (1) of section 198 of the Maori Affairs
Act 1953, the Minister of Maori Affairs hereby confirms the
Manutuke Consolidation Scheme, as submitted by the Maori
Land Court on the 14th day of July 1969.

Cancellation of Vesting in the Mackenzie County Council and
Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Council-
lors, and Inhabitants of the County of Mackenzie and revokes
the reservation for gravel purposes over the land described in
the Schedule hereto.

Change of Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the
Christchurch City Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a beacon or light-
house or other purpose of public utility or convenience
connected with the Government of New Zealand to a reserve
for recreation; and, further, vests the said reserve in the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch,
in trust, for recreation purposes.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT-CITY OF CHRISTCHURCH

RESERVE 224 situated in Block II, Sumner Survey District:
area, 49 acres 1 rood 35 perches, more or less. All certificate
of title, Volume 777, folio 45 (S.O. Plan 2573).
