Licensing Daniel William Fraser Urquhart to Occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp and Breakwater in Lake Wanaka

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Daniel William Fraser Urquhart (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of Lake Wanaka, near the Clutha River outlet, as shown on plan marked M.D. 13300 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat ramp and breakwater, as shown on the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of September 1969.

3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be 10 dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be 16 dollars ($16).

The Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 3, 1969

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 3, 1969.

2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, to the intent that a person driving any motor vehicle thereon at any time during the period commencing with the 20th day of December in each year and ending with the 18th day of February in the next ensuing year, and the period commencing with the Thursday preceding Easter and ending with the Tuesday following Easter each year shall be subject to the maximum speed limit of 30 miles an hour fixed by the said section.

Whangarei Heads Road (from a point 16 chains measured westerly generally along the said road from Scott Road to a point 42 chains measured westerly generally along the Whangarei Heads Road from Scott Road.)
