Declaring Land Taken, Subject to a Fencing Agreement, for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes, and to be Crown Land in Block XVI, Rotorua Survey District, Rotorua County

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby (a) declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing agreement contained in transfer 217787, South Auckland Land Registry, for soil conservation and river control purposes from and after the 8th day of September 1969; and (b) further declares the land described in the said Schedule to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 8th day of September 1969, subject to the said agreement.
