A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 6.4 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 1, D.P. 626, being part Section 115, City of Wellington. All certificate of title, Volume 70, folio 256, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of August 1969.

Easements over Land Taken for the Purposes of a Tourist and Health Resort in Block X, Puketi Survey District, Taupo County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the First Schedule hereto for the purposes of a tourist and health resort, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to take water from an intake area situated on the land first described in the said First Schedule and to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes, and also a concrete-lined intake chamber, under, along, over, and across the said land, and to use the said line of pipes and intake chamber for the unimpeded conveyance of an adequate and unpolluted supply of water to the reservoir situated on the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, together with the right to construct, reconstruct, maintain, and repair a reservoir or reservoirs on or in the land described in the said Second Schedule, together with a line or lines of pipes over, under, and across the said land; and that an easement of right of way is hereby taken over the land described in the said First and Second Schedules for the purposes of a tourist and health resort, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way, with the right for Her Majesty’s servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals and vehicles, over the said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of September 1969.

ALL that piece of land containing 39 perches situated in Block X, Puketi Survey District, being part Tokaanu Block (Turamakina School reserve); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20235 (S.O. 24722) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of August 1969.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing reclamation purposes (Part II of the Housing Improvement Act 1945) and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the City of Christchurch as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of September 1969.

ALL that piece of land containing 1.8 perches situated in the City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., being part Town Reserve 43; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23441 (S.O. 11270) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Allocating Land Acquired for Railway Purposes near Kekerengu to the Purposes of Road

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road; and that the said road shall be under the control of the National Roads Board and shall be maintained by the said Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.
