NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the order of the Supreme Court dated the 5th day of August 1969 confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $74,000 to $7,400 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect that the capital of the company is altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 22nd day of August 1969. The said minute is in the words and particulars following:

“The capital of Claremont Estate Limited is $7,400.00 divided into 74,000 fully paid ordinary shares of 10 cents each having been reduced from $74,000.00 divided into 74,000 shares of $1.00 each fully paid.”

CLIFTON COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND AND OF PROPOSED STOPPING OF ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that the Clifton County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a road passing through or adjoining the land referred to in the Schedule hereto; and, for the purposes of such public work, the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken.

And notice is given that the Council proposes, under the provisions of the said Act, to stop parts of Pukearuhe Road.

A plan of the land required to be taken and of the parts of road proposed to be stopped is deposited for public inspection at the office of the Clifton County Council, in Domett Street, Waitara.

All persons affected by the proposed taking and stopping are hereby called upon to set forth, in writing, any objection to the execution of the works, to the taking of the lands, or to the stopping of the road and to send the written objection, within 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice, to the Clifton County Council at its office, aforesaid.

If any objection is received, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of hearing.
