Acquisition of Land as Part of the Te Kauri Park Scenic Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of Part IV of the said Act, as an addition to the Te Kauri Park Scenic Reserve.

The Road Classification (Mount Herbert County) Notice No. 1, 1969
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Mount Herbert County) Notice No. 1, 1969.

The Mount Herbert County Council’s proposed classification of the roads, as set out in the Schedule hereto, is hereby approved.

The Warrant dated the 27th day of June 1963†, which relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked.

Temporary Protection of Industry
NOTICE is hereby given that the Emergency Protection Authority has been requested to undertake an inquiry, in terms of the Tariff and Development Board Amendment Act 1967, and to report, in terms of section 10D of that Act, concerning the following goods:
Circular polishing mops and buffs of cotton or sisal, falling within Tariff item 59.17.08.
Date of reference: 19 August 1969.
Notice is hereby also given that the Emergency Protection Authority has been requested to undertake an inquiry and to report, in terms of section 10E (4) of the Tariff and Development Board Amendment Act 1967, on whether the temporary duties imposed in accordance with the Customs Tariff Amendment Order (No. 8) 1968 are still necessary to protect the New Zealand industry in relation to the importation of the woven textile fabrics concerned.
