RAOLAN COUNTY COUNCL NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, public notice is hereby given that the Raglan County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road; and, for the purposes of that public work, the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited at the offices of the Raglan County Council, Great South Road, Ngaruawahia, and is there open for inspection. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing, and send the written objection, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the office of the Council; and, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

WANGANUI COUNTY COUNCL NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Wanganui County Council, acting under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, proposes to execute a certain public work, namely, to take land for a road; and, for the purpose of such work, the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required for such public work is deposited in the offices of Messrs Armstrong, Barton, Latham, Hankins, and Rowan, Solicitors, 16 Wickstead Place, Wanganui, and is open for inspection by all persons during office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of such public work, who have any objection they may wish to make thereto, must state their objection, in writing, and deliver it to the clerk at the Wanganui County Council, at Wanganui, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice.

OPOTIKI COUNTY COUNCL NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND AND TO CLOSE PARTS OF ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that the Opotiki County Council proposes, under the provisions of section 191 (4c) and 191 (6) of the Counties Act 1956 and under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the land described in the first part of the Schedule hereto and to close those parts of Otara East Road described in the second part of the Schedule hereto.

S.O. Plan 5887, showing the land proposed to be taken and the parts of Otara East Road proposed to be closed, is available for public inspection at the office of the Opotiki County Council, Elliott Street, Opotiki. The land concerned forms part of, and adjoins the properties of, J. D. and M. J. Caves and M. McKillop. Every person affected and wishing to object to the same by such taking and closing may set forth, in writing, any objections he may wish to make thereto (not being an objection as to the amount or payment of compensation) and send the written objection, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the said office of the Opotiki County Council. MASTERTON BOROUGH COUNCL NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Masterton Borough Council, pursuant to a direction of the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, proposes, under the provision of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of land for recreational purposes in Michael Street; and, for the purposes of such public work, the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.

And notice is hereby given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situate in Chapel Street, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
