PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road from and after the 25th day of August 1969.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 3 perches situated in Block VII, Okuru Survey District, Westland R.D., being part Reserve 297, being part of the land contained in Proclamation No. 36799, Westland Land Registry; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23411 (S.O. 5141) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Road Closed and Incorporated in Block VIII, Leaning Rock Survey District

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto: also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed; and declares that the road first described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, be incorporated in renewable lease No. R.L.F. 905, recorded in register book, Volume 408, folio 127, Otago Land Registry, held by Edward William Sutherland, of Alexandra, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 292819, Otago Land Registry, and the road secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Ian Edward George Vercoe, of Galloway, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 289053, 289054, and 335216, Otago Land Registry.
