North Survey District, Matamata County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir
Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule
hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land
Court by an order dated the 26th day of March 1954, to be
road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 10 acres 1 rood 27 perches
being part Kokako Block (roadway) situated in Block XVI,
Patetere North Survey District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23414 (M.L. 20022)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured pink, edged pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
28th day of July 1969.

South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School, to
be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a
site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting
the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or
easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SECTION 26 and part D.P. 1473, being part Kaimarama Block
situated in Block XVI, Coromandel Survey District: area, 2

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a
site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the
same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or
easements affecting the same, at the date hereof.

RESERVE 1103 situated in Block V, Kaniere Survey District:
