The Traffic (Oroua County) Notice No. 1, 1969
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Oroua County) Notice No. 1, 1969.

The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
-
The Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated the 29th day of August 1957†, which relates to Oroua County, in Ashhurst, is hereby revoked.

Cambridge Avenue (from a point 2 chains measured southerly generally along the said avenue from York Street to a point 4 chains measured northerly generally along the said avenue from North Street).

The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

SITUATED within Otorohanga County, adjacent to Otorohanga Borough:
No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) (from Otewa Road to a point 9 chains measured south-westerly generally along the said State highway from Otewa Road).

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Mount Maunganui Borough) Notice No. 1, 1969.

The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

The Warrants under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated the 30th day of August 1955† and the 15th day of May 1957‡, which relate to Mount Maunganui Borough are hereby revoked.

Maunganui Road (from Kiwi Avenue to the southern boundary of Mount Maunganui Borough).
