Revocation of and Declaration as Subsidised Highway

NOTICE is hereby given that, at its meeting held in Wellington on 21 July 1969, the National Roads Board resolved as follows:
(i) “That the resolution passed at its meeting on 17 February 1969 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 27 February 1969, No. 12, p. 378, declaring a subsidised highway be revoked.
(ii) “Pursuant to section 12A of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board hereby determines that the carriageway of all that portion of formed road through the Waitangi National Trust between S.O. 44898 and S.O. 45007 shall be subsidised highway.”

The Standards Act 1965—New Zealand Standard Specifications Proposed for Revocation

NOTICE is hereby given that the New Zealand standard specifications listed in the Schedule hereto have been reviewed by committees of the Standards Council and have been recommended for revocation, pursuant to the provisions of the Standards Act 1965.

Any person who may be affected by the proposal to revoke these standard specifications, and who wishes to object to their revocation, is invited to submit comments to the Standards Association of New Zealand, Private Bag, Wellington, not later than 28 August 1969.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto the lands described in those notices were declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellations of certain of those lands have been changed by subsequent order of the Maori Land Court; and whereas it is desired to replace the notices aforesaid by further notices referring to the lands under the current appellations:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.


NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 40.

  2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked, being replaced to the extent necessary by notices issued contemporaneously with this notice, as set out in the Second Schedule.
