Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block XIII, Pohangina Survey District, Pohangina County

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road from and after the 11th day of August 1969.

ALL that piece of land containing 12.7 perches situated in Block XIII, Pohangina Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 55; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23330 (S.O. 26519) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Agreement for Grant of Easement in Favour of John Arthur Gibson, of Levin, Farmer, over Land Situated in Block II, Waiopehu Survey District, Horowhenua County, Held for an Institution Established under the Child Welfare Act 1925, Assented to

WHEREAS, by a Declaration dated the 21st day of January 1969, published in the Gazette of 13 February 1969, No. 8, p. 230, a right of way easement was taken for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925 over part Horowhenua 3c 2b and part Section 45, Block II, Waiopehu Survey District, Horowhenua County, Wellington R.D.;

And whereas John Arthur Gibson, of Levin, farmer, was entitled to compensation in respect of his interest in the said land;

And whereas the Minister of Works agreed to grant to the said John Arthur Gibson rights of way over the land held for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925, adjoining the above land, in full satisfaction of the compensation aforesaid;

And whereas the said John Arthur Gibson has agreed to accept such grant of rights of way in full satisfaction of the said compensation:

Now, therefore, the Minister of Works hereby gives notice, in pursuance of section 97 of the Public Works Act 1928, that he assents to the agreement hereinbefore referred to.

Interest in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block XIII, Pohangina Survey District, Pohangina County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Douglas Dudley Bockett, of Ashhurst, farmer, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence, Volume 763, folio 75, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road from and after the 11th day of August 1969.
