PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the adjoining land held for the purposes of State coal mines described in the Third Schedule hereto.
