Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken in Block XIII, Pohangina Survey District, and in Block XVI, Oroua Survey District, Oroua County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that the first four areas of road described in the said Second Schedule, when closed, shall vest in John Joseph Edward Murphy, of Colyton, farmer, that the fifth area of road described in the said Second Schedule, when closed, shall vest in Michael Nicholas Price, of Colyton, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 650480 and 650481, Wellington Land Registry, that the sixth area of road described in the said Second Schedule, when closed, and the land first described in the said Third Schedule, when taken, shall vest in Ian James Bussell and Clive Walter Bussell, both of Colyton, farmers, as tenants-in-common, in equal shares, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 679284 and 770663, Wellington Land Registry and, further, declares that the land secondly described in the said Third Schedule, when taken, shall vest in Harold Milson Gray, of Colyton, farmer.
