RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Plimmerton-Paremata Sewerage Reticulation Redemption Loan
1969, $16,400
I certify that the Hutt County Council passed the following
resolution at its meeting on 17 July 1969:
“Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hutt
County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of $16,400 authorised to be raised by the Hutt County
Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of
repaying on maturity part of the Plimmerton-Paremata Sewer-
age Reticulation Loan 1961, $462,000 (Issue of $62,000), the
Hutt County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of
.037 (decimal nought three seven) cents in the dollar upon the
unimproved value of all rateable property in the No. 54A
special rating area of Taupo Riding of the County of Hutt;
and that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate
during the currency of the loan and be payable on 1 April
in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being
a period of 24 years, or until the loan is fully paid off”.

Black Creek (Wainuiomata) Widening Redemption Loan 1969,
$9,000
I certify that the Hutt County Council passed the following
resolution at its meeting on 17 July 1969:
“Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hutt
County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of $9,000 authorised to be raised by the Hutt County
Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of
repaying on maturity part of the Black Creek (Wainuiomata)
Widening Loan 1962, $40,000, the Hutt County Council hereby
makes and levies a special rate of .015 (decimal nought one
five) cents in the dollar upon the unimproved value of all rate-
able property in the No. 55c special rating area of Wainuiomata
Riding of the County of Hutt; and that the special rate shall
be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan
and be payable on 1 April in each and every year during the
currency of the loan, being a period of 14 years, or until the
loan is fully paid off”.

I certify that the Hutt County Council passed the following
resolution at its meeting on 17 July 1969:
“Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hutt
County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of $18,500 authorised to be raised by the Hutt County
Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of
repaying on maturity part of the Wainuiomata Roading
Improvement Loan 1961, $100,000 (Issue of $60,000) the Hutt
County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of .0245
(decimal nought two four five) cents in the dollar upon the
unimproved value of all rateable property in the Wainuiomata
Riding of the County of Hutt; and that the special rate shall
be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan
and be payable on 1 April in each and every year during the
currency of the loan, being a period of 17 years, or until the
loan is fully paid off”.

resolution at its meeting on 17 July 1969:
“Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hutt
County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of $15,000 authorised to be raised by the Hutt County
Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of
repaying on maturity part of the Wainuiomata Sewerage Reticu-
lation (Extension to Boundaries) Additional Loan 1963,
$58,000, the Hutt County Council hereby makes and levies a
special rate of .037 (decimal nought three seven) cents in the
dollar upon the unimproved value of all rateable property in
the No. 56B special rating area of Wainuiomata Riding of the
County of Hutt; and that the special rate shall be an annually
recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable
on 1 April in each and every year during the currency of the
loan, being a period of 24 years, or until the loan is fully paid
off.”

“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of $12,000 authorised to be raised by the Hutt County
Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of
repaying on maturity part of the Bowen House Loan 1960,
$120,000 (Issue of $60,000) the Hutt County Council hereby
makes and levies a special rate of .003 (decimal nought nought
three) cents in the dollar upon the unimproved value of all
rateable property in the County of Hutt; and that the special
rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of
the loan and be payable on 1 April in each and every year
during the currency of the loan, being a period of 14 years, or
until the loan is fully paid off”.

County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of $24,000 authorised to be raised by the Hutt County
Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of
repaying on maturity part of the Wainuiomata Sewerage Reti-
culation Loan 1954—$220,000 (Issue of $80,000) the Hutt
County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of
.067 (decimal nought six seven) cents in the dollar upon the
unimproved value of all rateable property in the No. 56 special
rating area of Wainuiomata Riding of the County of Hutt; and
that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during
the currency of the loan and be payable on 1 April in each and
every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of
20 years, or until the loan is fully paid off”.
