Revocation of Reservation over Part of a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a sanctuary for native game over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—ELLESMERE COUNTY
PART Reserve 3192, situated in Blocks II and III, Southbridge Survey District: area, 396 acres 2 roods 23 perches, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 22/2907 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. 9495L).

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Gisborne City Council
PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Gisborne, in trust, for that purpose.

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act, to form part of the Hanmer Springs Domain, to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Matamata County) Notice No. 2, 1969.

The Matamata County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

So much of the Warrants dated the 20th day of June 1961† and the 1st day of June 1950‡ as relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
