Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the lands referred to in that notice are now subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release certain of those lands from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1969, No. 2.
  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
  3. The land described in the Second Schedule herefo is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

    SECOND SCHEDULE SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL that piece of land described as follows: A. R. P. Being 1,196 0 0 Tauranga Taupo 2B 2M 5 situated in Blocks IV, V, and IX, Tokaanu Survey District. Partition order dated 2 March 1938.

    Maori Land Development Notice PURSUANT to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows. NOTICE THIS notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 33. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

    Temporary Protection of Industry NOTICE is hereby given that the Emergency Protection Authority has been requested to undertake inquiries, in terms of the Tariff and Development Board Amendment Act 1967, and to report, in terms of section 10D of that Act, concerning the following goods: 1. Floor coverings (other than those of man-made plastic materials of Tariff chapter 39), prepared on a base of paper, paperboard, or textile, or consisting of a coating applied on a textile base, falling within Tariff items 48.12.00, 59.10.01, and 59.10.09. Date of reference: 3 July 1969. 2. Curved laminated safety glass, falling within Tariff item 70.08.00. Date of reference: 4 July 1969. 3.     Plants Declared Noxious Weeds in the County of Tuapeka (Notice No. Ag. 10454) PURSUANT to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under the Department of Agriculture Act 1953 for the purposes of the said section, the following special order, made by the Tuapeka County Council on the 16th day of May 1969, is hereby published.
    SPECIAL ORDER THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section 3, subsection 1, of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Tuapeka County Council hereby resolves and declares by way of special order that the under-mentioned plants are noxious weeds within the County of Tuapeka: Boxthorn (Lycium ferocissimum syn. Lycium horridum), Barley grass (Hordeum murinum), Barberry (Berberis vulgaris), Hawthorn (Crataegus oxycantha and Crataegus monogyna), and St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum).
