Declaring Lands in the Nelson Land District to be Crown Lands, Subject to the Land Act 1948
PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1925, the Minister of Mines hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
THE lands described in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be Crown lands, subject to the Land Act 1948.

PART Section 96, Town of Denniston, situated in Block VI, Kawatiri Survey District, being all the land washed green on D.P. 1301: area, 20 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 50, folio 235.

Approval of Active Ingredients for Use in Insecticides (Notice No. Ag. 10455)
PURSUANT to regulation 3 (2) of the Stock (Insecticides and Oestrogens) Regulations 1961*, notice is hereby given that the chemical specified in the Schedule hereto is approved for use as an active ingredient in any insecticide registered under the Animal Remedies Act 1967, subject to the use of that insecticide in the manner prescribed by the licensee, for the control or destruction of anthropod parasites or other insects on sheep, swine, and cattle other than milking dairy cattle.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (2) of the Stock (Insecticides and Oestrogens) Regulations 1961*, notice is hereby given that the chemical specified in the Schedule hereto is approved for use as an active ingredient in any insecticide registered under the Animal Remedies Act 1967, subject to the condition that the insecticide shall not be used in any yard or other premises attached to a slaughtering place, meat-packing house, or cannery if, at the time the insecticide is to be applied, stock is contained in such yard or premises.

The Wanganui Cemetery Closing (Variation) Notice 1969
PURSUANT to section 41 (1) (b) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Wanganui Cemetery Closing (Variation) Notice 1969.

The Order in Council made pursuant to the Cemeteries Act 1908 on the 16th day of November 1914* whereby it was ordered and directed that from and after the 1st day of June 1915 burials within the Wanganui Cemetery, in the Borough of
Wanganui, which said cemetery is described in the Schedule to that Order in Council, should be wholly discontinued shall be read subject to the provisions of clause 3 of this notice.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the said Order in Council, upon the death of Dorothy Earle, widow, of the City of Wanganui, and upon the death of Ann Earle, widow, of the City of Wanganui, the body of the said Dorothy Earle and the body of the said Ann Earle may, in each case, be buried in the said cemetery.

Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Leasehold Interests, for Better Utilisation in the City of Wellington
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to lease No. 27749, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to lease No. 27718, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to lease No. 648967, for better utilisation from and after the 14th day of July 1969.
