LOWER HUTT CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION TO MAKE SPECIAL RATE
Streets Loan 1968, $30,000
That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Lower Hutt City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on the loan of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) authorised to be raised by the Lower Hutt City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of extending Connolly Street to beyond Reynolds Street, the said Lower Hutt City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0.021 of a cent in the dollar on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) on all rateable property in the City of Lower Hutt; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on or about the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 25 years, or until such time as the loan is paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above resolution was duly passed at the meeting of the Lower Hutt City Council held on 17 January 1969.

LOWER HUTT CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION TO MAKE SPECIAL RATE
Pensioners Housing Loan 1968, $140,000
That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Lower Hutt City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of one hundred and forty thousand dollars ($140,000) authorised to be raised by the Lower Hutt City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of purchasing land and erecting accommodation for old people, the said Lower Hutt City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0.059 of a cent in the dollar on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) on all rateable property in the City of Lower Hutt; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on or about the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 40 years, or until such time as the loan is paid off.”

LOWER HUTT CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION TO MAKE SPECIAL RATE
Maungaraki Development Loan No. 7, 1968, $250,000
That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Lower Hutt City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) authorised to be raised by the Lower Hutt City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of developing land at Maungaraki for housing, the said Lower Hutt City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0.850 of a cent in the dollar on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) on all rateable property in the City of Lower Hutt; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on or about the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 3 years, or until such time as the loan is paid off.”

Notice of Application for Consent to Specified Departure
Notice is hereby given that application has been made by A. J. Macks and Co. Ltd., of Henderson, bakers, for consent to a specified departure as to the land hereinafter described, to enable the same to be used by the applicant for the purpose of a bakery and warehouse.
The property is situated at No. 5 William Street, Henderson, in the Borough of Henderson, and is located in an industrial B.2 (deferred use zone).
The legal description of the land is 1 rood, situated in the Borough of Henderson, being Lot 5 on Deposited Plan No. 20994, being part of Allotment 2 of the Parish of Waikomotii, and part of Allotment 7 of the Parish of Waipareira, and the whole of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 787, folio 80 (North Auckland Registry).

Notice is hereby given that application has been made by James Noel Wood and Dennis John Wood for consent to the use of the land hereinafter described for the erection of five flats, according to plans and specifications already submitted by the applicants to the Council.
