Appointment of Visiting Justice

PURSUANT to section 10 (2) of the Penal Institutions Act 1954, the Minister of Justice has appointed

Laurence Wright Gulliver, J.P.,

of National Park, to be a Visiting Justice to the penal institution at National Park, known as Waikune Prison.

Appointment of Registrar of Nurseries (Notice No. Ag. 10369)

PURSUANT to the Nursery Registration Regulations 1954, and to a delegation from the Director-General of Agriculture for the purposes of the said regulations, the Assistant Director-General of the Department of Agriculture hereby appoints

who has been Acting Registrar since 1 October 1968, to be Registrar of Nurseries for the Christchurch Registration District.

Registration Office of the Coromandel Branding Registration District Appointed (Notice No. Ag. 10216)

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 70 of the Animals Act 1967, and to a delegation from the Director-General of Agriculture under section 110 of the Department of Agriculture Act 1953 for the purposes of the said section, the Director, Animal Health Division of the Department of Agriculture, hereby appoints the Borough of Thames in lieu of the City of Hamilton as the place at which the registration office for the Coromandel Branding Registration District shall, as from the date hereof, be situated.
