Change of Name of Nikau Scenic Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the Nikau Scenic Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to form part of the Punakaiki Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Punakaiki Scenic Board.

Rock Oyster Farming Lease

NOTICE is hereby given that the Emergency Protection Authority has been requested to undertake an inquiry, in terms of the Tariff and Development Board Amendment Act 1967, and to report, in terms of section 10d of that Act, concerning the following goods:
Women’s and girls’ full length stockings, wholly or principally of silk, of wool or of cotton, knitted or crocheted, not elastic nor rubberised, falling within Tariff items 60.03.02, 60.03.03, and 60.03.04; and elastic stockings, falling within Tariff item 60.06.05.

PURSUANT to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as inserted by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act (No. 2) 1967, I, John Lochiel Robson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Southland Licensing Committee, on 28 April 1969, made an order fixing hours other than the usual hours for opening and closing the Otatau Hotel, Otatau, for the sale of liquor to the public, as follows:
On the Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday of the Easter period of each year, open at 9 a.m. and close at 2 p.m., reopen at 4 p.m. and close at 10 p.m.

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 21 May 1969 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) from its intersection with Campbell Road south of Tokoroa to Matarawa Stream Bridge, as more particularly shown on sheets 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of plans M.O.W. 15288 and the accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works, Tauranga, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
