PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto; and declares that the road, when so closed, shall vest in Lloyd Morton Edginton and Graham George Edginton, of Feldwick, farmers, as tenants-in-common in equal shares, subject to electricity agreement Z. 2009, Southland Land Registry, and subject as to the share of the said Graham George Edginton to memorandum of mortgage No. 176624, Southland Land Registry.
