PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 21st day of January 1969, and published in Gazette, 13 February 1969, No. 8, p. 219, proclaiming land as road and road closed in Blocks VII and III, Takapau Survey District, Waipawa County, in so far as it affects the road described in the Fourth Schedule to the said notice, and, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, hereby proclaims that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is closed and, when closed, shall vest in Elfrieda Mary Paulsen, of Napier, widow, Robert Moore Bell, of Waipawa, sheep farmer, and William Aeneas McLeod, of Napier, solicitor, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 22212, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry; also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
