Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken in Block XV, Ohinewairua Survey District, Rangitikei County
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purpose of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that the road first, secondly, and thirdly described in the said Second Schedule, when closed, and the land described in the said Third Schedule, when taken, shall vest in John David Fannin, of Taihape, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 641092, Wellington Land Registry, and that the road fourthly and fifthly described in the said Second Schedule, when closed, shall vest in David James Wilkie, of Taihape, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 237938, Wellington Land Registry.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Road Closed and Added to Land Held for the Development of Water Power (Aviemore Power Scheme) in Blocks II, III, and V, Gibson Survey District
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and declares that the road first, secondly, and thirdly described in the said Schedule shall, when so closed, be added to land held for the development of water power (Aviemore power scheme) described in the Third Schedule hereto, and declares that the road fourthly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in the Buscot Pest Destruction Board, a body corporate duly constituted pursuant to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, and having its office at Kurow.
