PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that portion of road situated in Block III, Otamatea Survey District, commencing at State Highway No. 1 and proceeding thence in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 2 miles and terminating within Otioro and Te Topuni Block near I.T. 1 S.O. 45497; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23238 (S.O. 45497) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.
