ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Kaikohe Borough, containing 12.1 perches, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point bearing 105° 23′ distant 515.30 links from the eastern side of Taheke Road, the said line forming the northern boundaries of Tuhuna 15A and 15C 2B Blocks, in Block XV, Omapere Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly bearing 148° 29′ distance 423.43 links, bearing 148° 46′ to the northernmost corner of the area of 22.7 perches, more or less, described in the First Schedule and north-westerly bearing 324° 26′ to the intersection of the last-mentioned bearing with a line bearing 150° 30′ from the point of commencement; thence along a line bearing 330° 30′ to the point of commencement.

Exempting Land in the Westland Land District from the Operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
PURSUANT to section 167 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby exempt the land described in the Schedule hereto from the operation of Part III of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land situated in the Borough of Brunner being Lot 6, D.P. 1013, and being part Section 113 of Square 119, situated in Block IX, Mawheranui Survey District: area, 1 rood 6.6 perches, more or less, being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1B, folio 694, Westland Registry; save and excepting for Her Majesty the Queen all seams or beds of coal and all other minerals and metals, and reserving to Her Majesty the Queen and all persons lawfully entitled to work the said coal, minerals, and metals a right of ingress, egress, and regress under the said land.

PURSUANT to section 167 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby exempt the land described in the Schedule hereto from the operation of Part III of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land situated in the Borough of Brunner being Sections 181 and 183, Town of Dobson, situated in Block X, Arnold Survey District: area, 2 roods, more or less. Part deeds index M.S. 289 and being all of the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 1A, folio 909, and Volume 1A, folio 911 (limited as to parcels), Westland Registry (S.O. Roll Plan 2/81).
