Revoking the Foreshore Licence Issued to Northland Harbour Board for a Piled Framework in Hokianga Harbour

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence signed on 10 December 1968*, authorising the Northland Harbour Board to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Wairupe Stream, in Hokianga Harbour, as a site for a piled framework, as shown on plan M.D. 3281, is revoked.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve to Recreation Purposes and Addition of the Reserve to the Mount Maunganui Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for pilot purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes; and, further, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Mount Maunganui Domain, to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.
