Declaring Land Taken for Auckland-Kumeu Motorway in the City of Auckland
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Kumeu Motorway.
