Road Closed and Vested in Blocks III and XIX, Tuapeka East Survey District

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto; and declares that the road, when so closed, shall vest in John Charles Harrex, of Evans Flat, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 303496, Otago Land Registry.

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land Taken in Block X, Waikari Survey District, Waipara County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby amends the notice published in the Gazette of 10 April 1969, No. 21, at page 655, proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested, and land taken in Block X, Waikari Survey District, Canterbury R.D., by substituting the word “orange” for the word “blue”, which last-mentioned word appears as part of the description of the land secondly described in the First Schedule of the said notice signed by the Minister of Works.
