Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be set apart for a State primary school and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be set apart for State housing purposes from and after the 23rd day of June 1969.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the Declaration, dated the 4th day of November 1968, and published in Gazette, 24th day of November 1968, Vol. III, p. 2195, setting apart land held for a surfaceman’s cottage in Block V, Matakaoa Survey District, for an automatic telephone exchange; and, pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for an automatic telephone exchange from and after the 23rd day of June 1969.
