NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the
3rd day of June 1969 presented to the said Court by WINSTONE
LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered
office at 69 Queen Street, Auckland, merchants. And that the
said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting
at Auckland on Friday, the 27th day of June 1969 at 10
o’clock in the forenoon and any creditor or contributory of
the said company desirous to support or oppose the making
of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of
hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose and a
copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to
any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring
a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

ton and carrying on business as wholesale merchants. AND that
the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting
at Wellington on Wednesday the 25th day of June 1969 at 10
o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the

GORE PICTURES LIMITED

REDUCTION OF CAPITAL

IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
of GORE PICTURES LIMITED:

NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court of
New Zealand, dated the 14th day of May 1969, confirming the
reduction of the share capital of the above-named company
from $20,000 divided into 10,000 shares of $2 each to $10,000
divided into 10,000 shares of $1 each, and the minute approved
by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the com-
pany as altered the several particulars required by the above-
mentioned Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies at
Invercargill on the 26th day of May 1969. The said minute is in
the words and figures following:

“The amount of share capital of GORE PICTURES LIMITED as
altered by the order of the Supreme Court confirming the
reduction of the share capital of the company, is $10,000
divided into 10,000 shares of $1 each and at the date of regis-
tration of this minute the amount of $1 is deemed to be paid
up on each share”.

WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council
proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construc-
tion of a public road, for which purpose the land described in
the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the Council under
the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.

A plan of the land required to be taken, as aforesaid, lies
open to public inspection at the office of the Council in Bank
Street, Te Awamutu.

Every person affected is hereby called upon to set forth,
in writing, any objection he may wish to make to the execution
of such work or to the taking of such land, not being an
objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to
send such written objection to the Waipa County Council,
within 40 days from the first publication of this notice. A public
hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector
otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of the hearing.
