Rock Oyster Farming Lease

PURSUANT to the Rock Oyster Farming Act 1964, notice is hereby given that the Minister of Marine has granted to Hapi Murray Tautuhi Pihema and Tuhiwai Nathan, of Maungaturoto and Kaiwaka respectively, the lease of 5 acres of sea bed (lease No. 83) in the Whakaki River, in Kaipara Harbour, for the cultivation of rock oysters.

The Road Classification (Waikato County) Notice No. 2, 1969

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Waikato County) Notice No. 2, 1969.

  2. The Waikato County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

  3. So much of the Warrant dated the 1st day of June 1950† which relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

WAIKATO COUNTY

Roads Classified in Class Two

Ohinewai-Tahuna Road (from the No. 1 State Highway to the Waikato County boundary).

Cambridge-Eureka Road (from Hautapu Township to Narrows-Tauwhare Road and from Tauwhare Township to the No. 26 State Highway).

The Road Classification (Wanganui County) Notice No. 1, 1969

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Wanganui County) Notice No. 1, 1969.

  2. The Wanganui County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedules hereto is hereby approved.

  3. The Warrants dated the 2nd day of December 1966†, the 9th day of February 1962‡, and the 26th day of June 1950§, which relate to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

WANGANUI COUNTY

Roads Classified in Class Two

All roads under the control of the Wanganui County Council with the exception of those roads set out in the Second Schedule hereto.


SECOND SCHEDULE

Roads Classified in Class Three

Aorangi, Aranui, Bailey’s, Bates, Burrell’s Cherrybank, Churchill, Collier’s, Creek (from Mangamahu Creek bridges to Smith’s house), Harris’s, Heao, Hewitt’s, Kainui, Kaiwhaiki (from north end of pa to end of road), Koriniti Pa, Kukuta, Landguard, Mackintosh’s, Mangahowhi, Matahiwi Track, Mata-rawa Hill, Mokonui, Morikau, Ngatarua, O’Neill’s, Otamoa, Otaranoho, Rangiora, Raupiu, Robinson’s, Siceley’s, Te Komai, Te Rimu (from cattle stop at Polson’s to end of road), Thompson’s Lane, Well’s, Whangaehu Valley (from Mount View station to Collier’s Junction).

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a meeting place, church site, recreation ground, and sports ground for the common use and benefit of the Maori peoples of New Zealand generally.
